PRIORITIES AS SCOUT EXECUTIVE FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS
Meet with the Council Key 3 to review council priorities. Personally meet with every Executive Board member to discuss the council's opportunities, and challenges and work to establish trust and confidence.
Personally meet one-on-one with all staff members to discuss their responsibilities, career goals, challenges and opportunities.
Immerse myself in the Council Friends of Scouting Campaign calendar to ensure on-time and on-goal execution of the 2024 campaign.
Review the council budget and meet with the appropriate council volunteers to ensure proper stewardship of the West Tennessee Area Council.
Meet with the Council Budget Committee to review the 2023 and 2024 budget.
